My name is Angela Aitken, and I’m the voice of Blueprint Living where you will find devotional exercise, plant-based recipes, natural remedies, practical workouts, and inspiration to help you stay focused on your goals both here and for eternity. It is my passion to help others live a healthy life for God’s glory in an imperfect world.
I share from personal experience with my own health struggles and devotional walk as well as from my background as a physical therapist. But above all, I am simply a student of God’s Word seeking to understand how to keep on the upward journey with a healthy lifestyle … God’s way.

Angela Aitken {Founder}

Angela is a homeschooling mom of 3 and Doctor of Physical Therapy who loves to dive deep and analyze everything, which is what led her to start researching more into how we were designed to move ... God's way. It is her passion to uncover truth, no matter how big of changes it might mean she has to make to her life. It is her desire to share these truths with other women - for whole spiritual and physical health.

Chris Aitken {Creative Director}

Chris met Angela in 3rd grade and has been chasing her ever since. He is the man behind the camera and video specialist for Blueprint Living. He also works full time as a motion graphics designer.
