This exercise series a great maintenance program for the pelvic floor/core or as a preparation or recovery from childbirth (1-2 series done 3 times per week).
The exercises are also useful If you have symptoms of pelvic floor/core dysfunction. In that case, choose one or two of the series to do six days per week (completing each exercise ~3 times throughout the day and being cautious to not over-fatigue the pelvic floor muscles).
In addition to the exercises it is important to apply what you have learned to your daily movements, so start integrating the strategies immediately!
Daily walking or another low impact exercise is also recommended for optimal pelvic floor/core health.
